More than a decade ago, a Parisian-born Dutch businessman, Robert van den Hurk, walks into a Los Angeles salon. While there, he receives his first Iderm® Dermaculture facial treatment. From that moment on, Robert's passion for skin care went well beyond skin deep.
Robert opened Face To Face Los Angeles - a beautiful, state-of-the-skin-art facility - at The Campus, the Getty-like, aesthetically stunning, lush space, just off Ventura Boulevard in Studio City.
The Face To Face philosophy of changing your skin by "working from the inside, out" - by working on the dermis, what’s inside, and not just treating the outside as most spas do - will change the way you look and look at skincare. And I firmly believe you won’t look back.

"Maria's interest in skincare was first piqued while working for an essential oils distributor. This was the first time she had seen how specific ingredients could really affect the skin and she was fascinated. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles she found herself working as a receptionist in a day spa, which is where her esthetics career began in earnest. She soon began assisting in classes to expand her knowledge of the products in the spa and before long she had her esthetician license. Maria has been a member of the Face To Face team as a facial specialist since it first opened. She truly cares about her clients and believes in the services she provides for them as well as the products she recommends. She prefers to take a more gentle approach and focuses on the long-term health of her clients' skin."
Ever since Wendy can remember, she has been passionate about beauty. As a dancer and model she understands the importance of truly healthy skin from the inside out. Like Maria, Wendy has been with Face to Face since it’s conception over 3 years ago and has worked diligently to make her clients feel their most beautiful and perhaps more importantly, healthy through skincare. She has worked on celebrities like international recording artist Lance Bass (N*Sync) and executive producer Kate Rigg (Dance Your Ass Off). In addition to being a loyal practitioner at Face to Face, she is also freelance make-up artist for Mac Cosmetics. She pays extraordinary attention to detail and really does her best to listen to the skincare concerns of her clients.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Nikki, is no stranger to the entertainment industry both in front of and behind the camera as a performer and a Makeup Artist. As a performer, looking your best plays a large part in the business. Dealing with her own skin problems, and not finding the desired results, Nikki decided to study skin care for herself, to find the tools necessary to help herself as well as others. As a Makeup Artist, Nikki has the ability to create an illusion to correct and enhance beauty, and now as an Osmosis Esthetician, she has the ability to correct skin problems and transform skin so that her client's acquire healthy, beautiful skin naturally.
"Dustin’s complete immersion into the world of esthetics can only be described as a happy accident. He spent the better part of his early adult career utilizing his bachelors in business working in the music industry. Following a series of layoffs he found himself working at Face to Face. Although he is only the spa coordinator and not an esthetician, Dustin’s passion for skincare should not be overlooked. He loves spending time with clients and getting to know them on a personal level while being able to confer with them about the benefits of the products and services that Face to Face provides."
